The LocatorX Core Values

At LocatorX, we're proud of our three key core values that make up the blueprint for our company culture. Our values are the essence of our identity, our principles, and our beliefs — and we believe they provide distinct internal and external advantages to our amazing, growing organization.

When we started considering our values we asked ourselves the following questions:

• What's important to us?
• What brought us all together and continues to hold us together?
• What will help guide us when facing difficult decisions?
• What values will we want to continue to embrace 5 or 10 years from now?
• Are our highlighted values those that we are willing to hire on, and even fire on?
• And can we apply our values in everything we do - with people, customer relations, product development, and the like?

In this consideration of values, we also recognized, through our experiences and research, that employees feel more engaged when their work is consistent with the core values and mission of an organization. In fact, over 80% of recently surveyed employees expressed strong confirmation of this link between personal work engagement and company values (source: Access Perks).

As you can see, determining company values was not a topic to be taken lightly as our employees truly need to embrace these as part of our special culture.

So, with that, we've identified the following three core values here at LocatorX:
